MLQ5-100/4P PC class automatic transfer switch, rated current 100A, 4P 3-phase 4 wire, base plate mounting. This version adopts knob operation, key lock and yellow LOTO padlock buckle. External padlock can be fitted for lockout-tagout to meet industrial safety requirements. It is a PC class isolation ATS for automatic switching between two AC400V three-phase four-wire power supplies. MLQ5-250/4P is PC class isolation type ATS of MLQ5 series,4P 3-phase 4 wire, rated current 250A, base plate mounted. Equipped with rotary knob, key lock and yellow safety latch to lock mechanism against misoperation. MLQ5-400/4P is a 4P automatic transfer switch (ATS) of MLQ5 series, rated current 400A, widely used in heavy-current important power supply occasions: large industrial plants, hospitals, data centers, high-rise buildings and other places requiring uninterrupted power supply. MLQ5-630/4P PC class ATS, 630A 4P automatic transfer switch for 400V mains and generator, isolation type dual power changeover switch with mechanical key lock.
MLQ5-100/4P PC class ATS,4P 3-phase 4 wire,100A, base plate mounted, with key lock & safety latch. Automatic dual power transfer and dual interlock, for medium-small standby power circuits requiring access control. MLQ5-250/4P PC class ATS,4P 3-phase 4 wire,250A, base plate mounted, key lock safety version. Extra thick wide copper terminals for heavy current, for heavy-duty main distribution circuits in factories and large buildings. Select model according to actual circuit working current. Load current cannot exceed the rated current of the switch. Circuit breaker must be installed upstream of PC ATS for overload and short-circuit protection. MLQ5-400/4P continuously monitors two independent power sources. Once the main power supply fails, loses phase or has voltage abnormality, the switch will automatically transfer the load to standby power supply to maintain continuous power supply. MLQ-630/4P adopts mechanical and electrical double interlock, which prevents both power sources from closing simultaneously to avoid dangerous parallel short-circuit. The controller continuously monitors power failure, phase loss, overvoltage and undervoltage of the main supply. When the main power fails, it will automatically transfer the load to standby generator and switch back automatically after mains recovery. Widely used for main incoming cabinets in high-rise buildings, hospitals, large generator sets and other critical emergency power distribution systems.
